Free economic zone grodnoinvest – the first non-financial organization in the republic of belarus with an esg rating 

We recognize that long-term sustainable development depends on solving strategic problems in the social, environmental and economic spheres, and switch to a new, more sustainable economic model based on ESG transformation. The ESG principles of the free economic zone in the Grodno region take into account three groups of factors: Environmental, Social, Governance.

The main goal of FEZ Grodnoinvest is to promote the social and economic development of the Grodno region and the Republic of Belarus, taking into account ESG factors and sustainable development.

Over the twenty years of operation, FEZ Grodnoinvest has transformed into a special business environment in which investors from more than 30 countries successfully implement their projects. We intend to become even better, improve management practices for effective interaction with partners and investors, and promote the social and economic development of the Grodno region and the Republic of Belarus. For this purpose, FEZ Grodnoinvest policy in the field of social and environmental responsibility, corporate governance and sustainable development (ESG policy) was developed and approved:
